How scoring works
Natural canasta 500, mixed canasta 300.
Red 3s 100 each, all four 800; minus if the side melded nothing.
Going out 100, concealed 200.
Cards: Joker 50 · A, 2 = 20 · 8–K = 10 · 4–7 = 5 · black 3 = 5. Melded cards count plus, cards left in hand minus.
First meld by total: below 0 → 15, up to 1,495 → 50, up to 2,995 → 90, 3,000 and up → 120.
First side to 5,000 after a hand; highest total wins.
